While the ingredients of each salt in the North/South Soap Company line vary, each has two kinds of salt: Dead Sea Salt an Epsom Salt.  Epsom salt aids in calming muscles and eliminating toxins, while Dead Sea Salts encourages the absorption of minerals through your skin, and stimulates blood circulation (which gives you a healthy glow).  

Dead Sea Salt and Matcha are a mighty good combination. Sea salt eases achy muscles and joints, stimulates circulation, and calms irritated skin. Matcha green tea is high in antioxidants (which helps fight free radicals and gives you that youthful glow).

DIRECTIONS: Add about 1/4 of the bottle per bath and let dissolve for a minute or two before enjoying the aroma experience, or place salts into the included bath tea bags (3 are included) for a mess-free relaxing experience.
