In Short? Any purchase made for $75 and up is FREE, per package. Purchases below $75 are a special rate of $5.00 (for a limited time), per package. All in-store, on-hand items shipped from our retail location will be packaged and mailed to the customer within 72 hours of purchase. Drop-shipped items (directly mailed from the beehive designer) may take additional time, depending upon any production delay. See the product page for the amount of additional production time.
An emailed shipping confirmation will provide a tracking number for you to view as your package travels to its destination. Tracking numbers are emailed once the item has shipped. For our domestic (contiguous) US customers, shipping is free every day for any purchase over $75, and only $5.00 for packages (for a limited time) for purchases under $75.00. FedEx Ground, Second Day Air, and FedEx Overnight and UPS shipping options are also available for variable rates. For our non-contiguous APO/FPO, or PO Box addresses, we have several other options, too. Clickherefor more details.
It's important to us that you love your new handmade design, and if you are not satisfied with your order, we'll work with you to make it better. Full refunds are always offered on items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and store credit is available up to 45 days. Depending upon your shipping method, returns may take 1-2 weeks to arrive to our return center. Once received, we'll work to process your return within 3-5 business days. Once your items have been processed, you'll receive an email with a confirmation number of your processed credit.

For your convenience, we offer two gift card options: An e-gift card and a traditional gift card.
The E-gift Voucher (online purchases only): Our eco-friendly card is a quick and great way to tell someone you care. Valid for online use only. E-gift cards are sent via email and contain a discount code to enter a the time of checkout. This code is case sensitive, so it must be entered exactly as it appears on the voucher. The amount on the voucher must be used in one transaction and does not cover postage costs for purchased items at this time. E-gift vouchers may not be reloaded or redeemed for cash. We kindly ask that e-gift cards be used within one year of the issue date. E-gift vouchers will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
The Traditional Gift Card (in-store purchases only): The perfect gift for every person, our traditional gift card may be purchased online and mailed to the recipient of your choice. Included in the price is a letterpress gift tag with a message of your choosing. Traditional Gift Cards may be used at our beehive retail location. May not be used online. Traditional gift cards do not expire and will hold any unused balance until fully spent by the recipient. Traditional gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.

Hey, we hear you. Handmade things all look a little different. They are made to order, so will I get what you're showing me online? Is it going to takeforeverfor me to get my handmade item? At the beehive, we're designers, family members, friends and customers in the handmade marketplace, just like you. It is our mission to work our hardest to make the handmade buying experience one that rocks (see the top of the page on how we feel about you), and one that makes you want to come back and purchase creative goods from us again and again.
If an item is made to order and will add production time before shipping, we'll tell you. If the material is a "found" material and may vary slightly from what is shown online, we'll tell you. If what you see is exactly the item you'll get (and will love), we'll tell you. We strive to provide as much information as you'll need to make an informed shopping decision about your potential handmade product, and if there's information we may have left out in the process, we'll be as communicative as possible to make sure you know of any changes every step of the way.
