Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're not happy, we aren't either! Talk to us and tell us how we can make your buying beehive online or in-store shopping experience better.
Read our policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!
RETURNS TIMELINE. All purchases made in our brick-and-mortar store may be returned for an in-store exchange or store credit, only. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR STORE CREDIT, no exceptions.
EXCEPTION. During the holiday month of December, any gift items purchased between Black Friday and December 25th may be returned until January 15th.
PRODUCT CONDITION. All items must be in unworn, unused condition with original packaging.
RETURNS TIMELINE.All return packages must be received back at our Fulfillment Center within 15 days* of the date your order shipped from us (that's the date from the time your item says "in transit" in your shipping confirmation). *For international orders, packages must be received by our Fulfillment Center within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving back at our flagship location.
ISSUING YOUR REFUND. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING.Shipping is non-refundable in all circumstances, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
EXCHANGES. We are only able to process exchanges for domestic (U.S.) customers at this time.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
- The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Defective returns received more than 15 days after the date of delivery (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)The following items are non-refundable:
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Returns received after 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Final sale items (redlined/warehouse sale)
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER
We make it as easy as possible for you. First, make sure you've read our Returns & Exchanges Policy above. As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, follow these easy steps for your region:
- Email us regarding the item you'd like to exchange. Include the purchase date and order number in your email for reference.
- Place your unworn and in new condition items (with all tags attached), along with the original order invoice, in a securely sealed shipping package.
- Ship with the return label securely affixed, and send it back to the beehive. Allow 5-10 business days for the package transit time, depending upon the carrier you use.
- Once we receive your shipment, we'll email you once we've processed your return.
Make sure you’ve read the Returns & Exchanges policy above. (Please note that we currently do not offer international exchanges.) As long as your items are eligible for return and fall within the 60-day international returns window, follow these easy steps:
- Email us at email@example.com to inform us of the return you intend to make, and your reason for the return. .
- Include your original invoice in your package.
- On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning and fill out the column on the right:
- Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed package.
- Send your package back to us via your shipping method of choice, and be sure to use a method that allows tracking so you can ensure the product finds its way back to us.
- Once we receive your package, we'll email you once we've processed your return.
