All of our items are handmade, which means some of them are going to be OOAK (one of a kind); these items are generally not able to re-stocked. However, because we are handmade designers, we can often make you your own creation upon request. When you see an item that you'd like that isn't currently in stock, email us and let us know!
If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.

We highly recommend you sign up for our beehive newsletter through Mailchimp. We like to provide you with newest items, sales and coupons that we'll frequently present to those of us who want to bee in the know. We also take care to respond to every customer email that we receive. Also, if you have signed up and aren't receiving anything from us, be sure to check your spam folder, as our messages can sometimes land there, based on your web service provider.
99.95% of the items that you see on the beehive website are handmade in the United States, most in Atlanta, Georgia. From time to time, a designer or two may choose to have a portion of their line manufactured by others, but rest assured that the design is always 100% homegrown.
'Pending' just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, well email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to 'Shipped.'
My order is taking FOREVER to say "shipping." Why is it taking so long?
Unlike other big-box retailers that focus on sending you heavily manufactured goods, all products on the beehive website are truly created and produced by hand. If the designer from whom you purchased goods has the product on-hand, your item will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. On most occasions, however, many of our products are made-to-order, which means that you may wait 7 to 10 business days production time prior to shipping. If your product will take longer than 48 hours to ship, we will try our very best to place anticipated production times on the individual product pages; if there is no production time listed, we will email you with the anticipated amount of time. Because our items are handmade, we want you to be able to see the full body of work in the designer's line. It is the nature of a handmade designer to continually evolve and modify their product offerings, and maintaining their body of work shows you that progression.
If a product is not currently present for sale, that does not mean that it cannot be created for you on a custom basis. Email us at email@example.com for more information on how to have a product created just for you.
Returns are usually processed within about 5-7 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
