We strongly believe that everyone needs floor pillows. Whether it's for slumber parties, girls' nights, movie nights, an indoor picnic or meal, or just because, a well made floor pillow is not only function, but adds a boho touch to your space that will be used again and again.
In this advanced beginner workshop, you'll learn how to make a 4-sided 24" x 24" floor pillow that will last the test of time. Feel free to bring your own fabric, or use our bright, beautiful and traditional collection of Indian Kantha Quilts as your floor pillow top to bring brightness to your space.
You'll learn how to properly stuff your pillow for heavy use, and will learn how to ladder stitch your sewn floor pillow closed.
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with 1 big, bright and lovely floor pillow to call your own.
Because of the size of this finished project, only 8 attendees allowed per workshop.

MANDATORY PRE-REQUISITE:
To join us for this workshop, you must have taken our Intro to the Sewing Machine workshop, or have knowledge on how to properly thread a machine AND spool a bobbin on your own. Experience sewing accessories is a plus, but is not required.
NO NEED TO BRING YOUR MACHINE! In all bee creative workshops, you'll use our Brother sewing machines to complete your wares (we love our Brother RLS590 and XL2600i machines.... Great starter machines for all).
