BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!  We all love our pets so much, that they're truly members of our family.  Many want to commemorate their love for their fur babies through photos on our phone, computers, t-shirts and anywhere else we can commemorate their awesomeness. But the best way to show your love for them daily? With your very own pillow in their likeness, of course!

LEARN THE ART OF SUBLIMATION! This workshop is for animal owners and animal lovers, alike.  And, as a bonus, it's a twofer! In this workshop, you will learn the key to sewing curves (we'll practice first), will learn the art of sublimation (transferring images from paper to a fabric substrate) and how to ladder or straight stitch your project to finished perfection.  

We'll have various photos of cats and dogs for pet lovers up to 14" in length and 8.5 inches wide for those who don't have a pet at home. 

Have a photo of your pet you'd like to use?  Send to us by the issued due date before the start of the workshop (you'll be emailed with a reminder over a week and several days before the workshop date) and we'll be happy to print out your pet photo on an 8.5 x 17 so you may make a pillow of your favorite furry friend.  No particular photos? Choose from the large amount of funny and cute cat ad dog photos we'll have on deck for you.  

By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with 1-2 pet pillows to call your own. 

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:  All materials are provided in the cost of the workshop. 

IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE READ: No introductory sewing will be taught in this workshop. Actual previous sewing experience - including spooling and bobbin, and properly threading the machine - is mandatory (we are sorry, there can be no exceptions). Please note that watching a Youtube video or tutorial prior to the workshop on how to thread a machine is not sufficient, as every machine is different, so this knowledge is necessary for each participant to have a successful workshop. For the maintenance of our sewing machines (which are easily placed into disrepair if used by untrained hands) as well as for the enjoyment for other attendees who do have the proper experience, any person who chooses to attend a sewing 102 workshop without taking the prerequisite or having prior sewing experience may be excused from attending the workshop, and agree to forfeit your non-refundable registration fee (blitz sale or full price). 

NO NEED TO BRING YOUR MACHINE!  In all bee creative workshops, you'll use our Brother sewing machines to complete your wares.
