Intentional Self Care - Sage Wands and Bath Salts

Sage smudge sticks have been used by Indigenous Tribes for thousands of years and have long been used to cleanse a space or environment of negative energy, to generate wisdom and clarity, commune with the spirits, and to promote healing. Lucky for us, they are still ceremonially used with those same intentions today. 

We recommend you use it when you need a quick cleansing, or in your spiritual rituals. 

In this workshop, you'll make 3 sage wands bounded with cleansing elements like eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, cinnamon and many other options depending upon where your own intention lies. We'll teach you about each of the binding elements, how to use them, and how to wrap them to create the intention you seek in your life.  Each bundle is made with different elements to help you achieve your cleansing goals. 

Additionally, you'll also make 3 blended bath soaks, made from botanicals and natural ingredients. 

This class is limited to students who are age 12 and older (with parental supervision)
