If you love making things to gift to others, this is your workshop. If you love prettying up your own cooking space with items that are as lovely to look at as they are to eat, then we welcome you to your new favorite crafty space.
This workshop is all about infusing. You will be creating several cocktail infusion sets that you can keep for yourself, or gift to others. We'll provide the dehydrated fruits, herbs and additions to make your infusion kits both beautiful and super tasty. We'll finish your kit with a hangtag making it perfectly giftable (and drinkable).
We'll then move on to creating gourmet salts (the expensive kind in the grocery store), and you'll be amazed at how affordable making your own can be. You'll use a wide variety of herbs, spices, peppers and more to create the perfect finishing salt to adorn your meats and veggies at home. Choose from several recipes including sriracha salt, Tuscan herb salt, citrus basil salt and more. By the end of the workshop, you'll go home with 2 infused drink kits and 3 finishing salts. Gifting? We'll also have perfect little hang tags with which you can adorn your new infusions and labels for your salt tins for a finished look.
Because this workshop involves the use of alcohol, we must stringently request that each person attending be 21 years or older.
All materials are provided in the cost of the workshop.
